Covering 5.2 ha (12.85 acres) within the 660 ha (1631 acres) of the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, our vines are ideally located at the heart of one of the 18 recognized single vineyards, Rochegrès, where, as its name, “grey rock”, suggests, the granitic parent rock is visible at the surface in the vineyards. These vines benefit from mainly south-eastern exposure and thrive in very pure, lean pink granitic soil. This forces them to plunge their roots deep down in search of the nutrients they need. Our Moulin-à-Vent Domaine de Rochegrès is crafted with grapes from different terroirs: La Rochelle, au Mont and from the youngest vines in Rochegrès.
Floral and full-flavoured, this beautiful wine exudes aromas of rose and dark wild berries with an expressive mineral base. The palate is generous, with structure that is both complex and harmonious. The finish is intense and subtly flavoured.

36 months on lees. Created by careful equal blending of the Chardonnay from Chene le Butte and the Pinot Noir from Bois de Jots vineyards. Created in single amphoria (concrete egg tanks) you can sense the beauty of this Champagne. Tne intial nose is like hot river rocks in the summer as the river splashes across them, soft citrus, delicate stone fruits , subtle acidity this is all about simple elegance. It is one of the few Champagnes that we would suggest that you decant, closer to a still wine this is for the for someone who is looking for something so different in their Champagne drinking experience.
The “Clos des Ursulines”, a peaceful haven dotted with centuries-old pine trees, is located at the heart of Pommard. It is undoubtedly this tranquillity that once enchanted the nuns from the Ursuline convent who were the first owners of the estate. This almost 4-hectare (9.8 acre) “monopole” is located at the southern end of the Pommard appellation toward Volnay. Thanks to its unique terroir, this wine challenges the widely spread myth that Pommard wines are more “masculine”.
This Pommard “Clos des Ursulines” reveals a fruity nose redolent of cherry, blackcurrant and fig. Over the years these aromas will evolve toward notes of coffee and leather. Full and round on the palate with ripe tannins and rich, but not heavy, substance. This wine is powerful and well-structured yet remains subtle, elegant and almost “feminine” due to the vineyard’s proximity to Volnay. The finish is silky and velvety.
Premier Cru – Cumières & Hautvilliers
36 months on lees. Meunier is the new darling of Champagne, fresh, bright, direct and vibrant. Underpinned by the crunch of green apples, soft white elderberry, swirls of tropical fruits and a bracing backbone and structure. This Champagne is all about the quality of the fruit as with the Extra Brut style there is no where to hide. A stunning food pairing wine especially with oysters, prawns and lobster, equally at home with creamy pasta dishes as well. This one of our personal favourites & certainly we could say the same for many of our clients.
60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot & 5% Vin de Cumières

36 months on less. A stunning example of great Rosè, a true reflection of an assemblage Rosè reflecting hints of herbaceous characters, fresh plump strawberries, vanilla & brioche. Not your everyday Rosè as once again with lower amounts of residual sugar this is a drier styled Champagne. A great food wine especially with duck confit, blue cheese, fois gras and cured meats, a stunning aperitif as well.
It is in this small village with 210 ha (518 acres) of vines located in the northern Côte de Nuits that the most renowned Burgundy reds such as Romanée-Conti and Richebourg are produced. Both the villages of Vosne-Romanée and Flagey-Echézeaux are authorized to use the Vosne-Romanée appellation. Our vines are located in the Damaudes and Maizières vineyards – an alliance between 2 opposed yet very complementary terroirs
The nose of this Vosne-Romanée features tobacco, tea and mild notes of spice. The palate is velvety with silky tannins, lovely fullness and remarkable balance. The finish is long and aromatic.
