Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru ‘Clos Des Maréchaudes’

The nose of our Aloxe-Corton Premier Cru “Clos des Maréchaudes” features fruity aromas of blackberry, strawberry and notes of mild spices, tea and cocoa. Boasting extremely supple structure, this balanced wine has lovely, pleasing, velvety tannins. The finish is long and aromatic, reminiscent of the fruity aromas perceived on the nose.

Beaune “Clos De L’Ermitage”

Redolent of toasted, smoky notes along with aromas of red fruit that are highly typical of Pinot Noir with a hint of leather and forest undergrowth on the nose. The fine, elegant tannins are dense and the structure is very bold. Lovely length with predominant mineral notes due to the terroir.

Chablis Domaine | Long Depaquit

Very pure nose that is typical of Chablis (white flowers, flint) opening up to a palate that boasts an elegant combination of almond notes and lovely vivacity.

Chablis Grand Cru ‘Moutonne’ | Monopole

The nose is evocative of fleshy fruit (peach, nectarine) with discreet citrus and floral notes (jasmine, violet). Full-bodied and generous on the palate with very distinct marly minerality due to the micro-terroir. Immensely fresh, light, and supple with hints of oak and exceptional length.

Chablis Grand Cru “Bougros”

Brioche, toast and ripe fruit are just a few of the aromas perceived on the nose. Dense structure on the palate, but the minerality (we are in Chablis after all!) always has the last word. The finish is long, silky and extremely expressive.

Chablis Grand Cru “Les Blanchots”

Les Blanchots is remarkably elegant. The nose is dominated by a bouquet of white flowers (Lillies, roses). The mouth is ample and generous with great harmony. The finale is very mineral with discreet hints of sea air and smoke (flint, pencil graphite).

Chablis Grand Cru “Les Clos”

The differences between our two plots can be detected throughout the tasting experience. The nose skilfully combines floral notes from the higher of the two plots with almond and hazelnut notes from the mid-slope vineyard. The palate is full-bodied and structured with pleasing acidity that is not overpowering.

Chablis Grand Cru “Les Preuses”

The nose offers notes of flowers, fresh foliage and gunflint. Soft, long, delicate and pure tasting without any heaviness on the palate, this wine also offers floral nuances with notes of hazelnut and dried fruit on the finish.

Chablis Premier Cru “Les Lys”

The nose boasts distinct notes of white flowers (“Lys” is French for lily) and citrus fruit. The palate is elegant and finely chiselled with a discreet marine note that is typical of the Chablis appellation. Beautiful, long-lasting finish with a fleeting tinge of acidity.
